'The Eye of the Tiger'  -  circa 2003
The main body of this cue is snakewood, the forearm has eight snakewood points with ebony veneers, at the base of the points there is a combination of 20 ivory, tiger-eye stone, crazy lace agate and ebony inlays the wrap area has 20 leather, snakewood and ivory inlays, the "Intarsia" design in the butt sleeve is made up of snakewood and ebony and is called a "Double Fantail", the joint collar and butt cap are ivory with eight matching tiger-eye stone inlays in each one. The ferrules are ivory and the tips are Moori. The custom joint protectors are made of ebony & ivory, the cue is featured in the October 2004 & March 2006 issues of 'Billiards Digest'.

This magnificent pair of artistic cues feature a full 360° twist “Intarsia” design handle consisting of 80 layers of wood comprising approximately 800 individual pieces.
The handle design is tastefully complimented by sixteen veneered ivory or ebony points into the highly figured curly koa wood forearm and butt sleeve.
Both cues feature gorgeous curly koa wood into a background of curly koa wood highlighted with ebony and mahogany.
One cue features ivory points, ivory joint and butt cap, stylized ivory décor rings @abe and inlays of Rossa Lavanto marble, the complimentary cue features ebony points, ebony joint and butt cap, stylized ebony décor rings @abe and inlays of Rossa Imperial granite.
The chatoyant curly koa wood in both cues changes color and radiance as you turn the cue in the light.
